Is A Doula Right For You?

The birth experience, this new becoming, these pregnancy changes, those labor fears... you're not alone. Well, at least you don't have to be. I truly think you deserve to have someone there with you every step of the way. As your doula, it is my duty to make sure that your mind is at ease and focused only on getting you united with your pending arrival.

I'm not here to lecture you, like your mother or relatives might- bless their hearts. I'm a companion you can call or text day and night with questions and concerns, or if you just need a listening ear to vent. Everything is confidential. If you want support, consider me a cheerleader. If you want protection of your feelings and birth plan, consider me a steward. If you want to just not be alone while also getting time for self, consider me a loyal confidant who won't judge. Whatever it takes to get you emotionally and mentally prepared to welcome your bundle is what I can provide.

Luckily for you, it doesn't end there! I'm here for the long haul, Mama!

In my postpartum role, I transition with you and baby to ensure everything around you at home is still maintained. From meal prep to laundry and light housekeeping- I am the doula with the hands you will need in those first few weeks after birthing. I can help you get acclimated to you new role as a mom without the overwhelming feelings that typically follow the birthing process.

I am sincere in my efforts and will stay overnight with the baby while you get a full nights sleep. Between your excitement and those cluster feedings, it can all be exhausting.

Let me help! Need more than just assistance with the outside? We can also focus on the inner you. Let go , let flow. Get a massage! Don't want one? Give your baby a massage! I will teach you how with Newborn Massage courses, and I assure you it will be appreciated.

Let's just honor your moment. Let's just breathe. Lets just be.

You've got this, Mama!
